Disgusting

Went to look at a 1 bedroom apartment I’m glad I checked out the parking garage it smells so bad like urine the residence take their dogs out to use the restroom in the parking garage. You cannot walk through it without getting pee all over your shoes. There’s poop everywhere and pee everywhere. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Most of the amenities do not exist or are way overstated

Besides paying a lot more than the price listed for my exact apartment, most of the amenities are minimally overstated:

14th Floor REVERB Social Cocktail Lounge with Soaring 16’ Ceilings - Exists

Panoramic 14th Floor Rooftop Sound Garden - You can look out the windows, but nothing really to see except people suffering on the streets

14th Floor Private Work from Home and Conference Lounge - Exists
1st Floor Resident Lounge - Does not exist at all. totally made up
Mercury Room - Exists...
unfortunately. You have to make reservations weeks in advance, so mainly it's just a nuisance because of the crowds of drunk people coming and going just tie up the elevators and occasionally fight in the lobby or vomit. It is not accessible to residents as made to sound.

Controlled Keyless Access w/ Smart Phone Technology - Works on some doors some of the time

24/7 Package Acceptance with Luxer Locker System - Anyone off the streets can come help themselves to your stuff because the front door is unlocked so is the package room

Video Callbox w/ Smart Phone Technology - Exists

High-Speed Internet - Potentially Exists

Private Parking Garage with Limited Access - Nothing private about the garage. Anybody with legs has access to your vehicle at all times. My car has been rummaged through several times.

Ground Level Parking - There are a few of these, but they are all taken.

Elevator Access on All Residential Floors - Exists

Ecobee Smart Thermostats - Exists

Full-Size Samsung Smart Washer & Dryer - Exists, but Samsung is out. It's just junk today. My dryer sounds like a 76 Chrysler New Yorker with the squeaking belts and all

Floor-to-Ceiling Windows with Panoramic Views of Downtown and the Crossroads - Exists

Solar Innovation Walls in Select Units Allow 12’ of Unobstructed Views* - idk about this, I don't have it. It sounds like bs

Polished Concrete Floors - Exists

Designer Kitchens with Custom Backsplash - Didn't someone design every kitchen?

8’ Kitchen Island* - it's a table

Modern Barn Doors on Bathrooms - but not on the bedrooms. In fact, the bedrooms have no privacy at all

Oversized, Tiled Showers with Frameless Doors - Shrug

9’ Ceilings - nice

Spacious Closets* - Very small closet

Hot-Rolled Steel Accent Walls* - More BS

Concrete Accent Walls - it's just a wall they didn't do anything to after construction.

Lutron Lighting System - nice

Energy Saving Solar Shades - Energy saving is probably a stretch Real junk and crap workmanship

Overpriced and bad management

Living at Reverb has been an interesting experience. My unit was spacious, but the concrete and windows made it very cold and very hot. There are NO amenities, despite management telling us we’d get a gym 9 months ago. No security - the garage is wide open and cars get broken into all the time even though there are cameras! No resident perks like there used to be before this management. Packages get stolen. And now an office is being built for the reverb leasing agents but nothing being done for... residents. A subpar living experience that is way overpriced.

Why look anywhere else?

The architecture ReverbKC has to offer is one of kind. From the rooftop bar with views of the entire city to the exposed concrete and modern Samsung appliances, ReverbKC capitalizes in all areas. The perfect compliment to an amazing building is an equally incredible staff!!
