I Have been living and paying rent here since 03/13/2017 since I moved in here I have had terrible problem with bug, my hot water dont work sometimes that i have to keep calling the emergency maintenance to come fix it, my rent or money order has gotten missed place a couple times and now some of the people that stay here as well has made it very uncomfortable to stay here i have to look out my peep whole just to make sure im safe to walk out. On 01/27/2020 I notified the landlord that i will... not be renewing my lease this year. My new apartment people told me that she has not sent her side of the paper work. I emailed her and thought i gotten the situation taken care and she said she would send it that was on 02/19/2020 it is now 02/21/2020 and they still havent gotten the paper work from her. So I called the office again and her office person rudely answered the phone with a elevated tone of voice. And said the landlord was not in so she couldnt and wouldnt do my paper paperwork until she came back because she is on anther property. Okay So this apartment complex DO NOT LIVE HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! It should Not even recieve a star! The place is disgusting! Lets start off with the Managment! The owner is just as bad as the property manger! Chanell! Overall. Its not even a complex section 8 would allow someone to live here! I had roaches from May 11, 2018 to currently when I moved out September 4, 2018. With the roaches I had moved in with mice and a drunken disabled man who screemed like a banshee all hours of the night.... Mind you most people that live here have work or school or BOTH. The management does not care about any work order you put in. It took me weeks for my apartment to get sprayed with roaches! I had mice droppings behind my stove & my fridge. Roaches in all cabinets & Mildow all on top of them. After 5 months of Roaches,Mice & Incoherent man screaming all hours of the night They finally approved to move me elsewhere! I move in the AC dosen't work Its at Least 95 Degrees in my apartemnt, my fan fixture fell on me while trying to get my fan working! They promised Me and stove and a fridge on tuesday( The date that was mandorty to move) and Got my fridge 4 hours after my move in process and my stove will be here "Monday" Which I honestly doubt that! Do not even spend a cent to live in this apartment.
I lived here for couple months and I had to move out.
Bug, roaches were everywhere.
Fridge didnt cold and I had to throw all my fresh food away
In summer the AC DIDNT work and I had to sleep while room temperature more than 80.
Told the manager and table assistant many times to work on problems, they kept saying they gonna put in the work order but NEVER WORK ON IT.
Please never live here

The complex runs through apartment manager every two to three months. The maintenance people aren't on emergency or work weekends. I can not get my building front door fixed to keep out bums. Neighbors do illegal activities and the managers have done nothing. It's not a good place to at all. Horrible ownership from the top to bottom.
