The Management Is Good Until It's Not
When I first moved in the management seemed great, but the longer you're here it seems like the more they resent you. Maybe the goal of these apartments is just to turn out customers, why take care of the ones you have when you can just force them out and get new ones?

Amazing place to live
I have loved every moment living here I’ve had no issues here it’s quiet living amazing for kids and animals, maintenance is always on schedule and fixes what you need. All around an amazing place to live.

Do not live here
Please choose a better place to live cause you will regret it they just want your money don’t Care bout anything else and very unprofessional especially Paul Keaton he hangs up in your fave they harassing me after illegally evicting me and told my daughter way before I was evicted did not go through courts and rent was not on the eviction cause Paul Keaton states I hit him but there is cameras at the leasing office so proof is in the pudding now harassing for 4,000$ which was not in the eviction... notice. Please do not spend you’re money here there are other better properties I regret my stay here

Great Property for the Rent
They do upgrades every year. Their rent is great since rent includes washer/dryer in every apartment. Pretty updated as well.

Pet owners be aware of unexplained charges
When moving in there is a $400 security deposit. There is a $300 non refundable pet fee plus $100 pet fee for an additional pet. On top of that pet rent is $25 per month plus $15 per month for an additional pet. When you move out they will automatically charge you $295 to clean the carpets regardless of the condition they are in. This is in the pet addendum in the 74 page lease. It is not listed in the lease how much they charge you, but this is how much they charged me. In the addendum it lists... that this is to de-flea, deodorize and shampoo to protect future residents from possible health hazards. While I agree with the fact that they do this, I disagree with the fact that they charged me on top of that $400 when moving in for just having the pet. When I asked them why this $295 charge is not included in the $400 pet fee when moving in, all that they stated is that this is non refundable. They still have yet to answer my question of what this $400 fee is used for.
