I’ve been living urban now for the past 6 years. Studio loft provides enough space to be comfortable and totally low maintenance. The amenities are concrete floors, high ceilings and large windows, granite countertops in kitchen/bathroom, stainless steel appliances and in suite washer/dryer. Added bonus for me when you’re living urban is access to the outside. I have a three-season covered balcony and access to the building’s rooftop deck. I have two parking spaces, both are covered, with one... in a secured garage. The building is secured and is located in midtown with quick access to the highway, within walking distance of five of hottest areas for entertainment, arts, shopping and restaurants. I’m retired now and not finding anything remotely wonderful for the price. Please pay my rent for a year so I can continue to enjoy this wonderful loft!
