Poor Management
We initially liked living here, but soon after we moved in, found that we have a brown recluse infestation (we are talking catching 50+ spiders on traps in 1 week). The management would not help with it so we had to pay out of pocket for an exterminator to come frequently to keep the spiders at bay. On move out, we were stuck with extra costs that are buried in the lease and difficult to find, but which management clearly was on top of and chose not to tell us until the last week of our lease.... Overall, its an ok place to live, but would not recommend to a friend.
