High rent and poorly maintained property
I would not recommend Greenberry Apartments or doing business with BluSky Management.
The building does not have an elevator, which makes moving and daily life difficult, especially on upper floors. The front door was never properly fixed, which raised safety concerns. The property feels more like a stand-alone motel or hotel than an apartment community, and it shares an entrance with a gas station, which does not feel private or residential at all.
Inside the units, there are only one-bedroom... , one-bath layouts. The bathroom has no bathtub—only a very tiny shower, and the washer and dryer are small, dorm-sized units. The walls are paper thin, so noise from neighbors is constant.
There were ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the building, including smelly tenants, stained carpets, and paint chips that were not properly concealed. In my unit, the bathroom exhaust fan ran nonstop, which caused bugs to enter and made my AC bill skyrocket.
To make matters worse, my security deposit is still nearly a month late. When I contacted BluSky, their answering service said they are “really behind,” apparently because so many people moved out. That is not an acceptable excuse for holding tenants’ money.
Overall, this place never felt like home. Between the maintenance issues, noise, layout limitations, and poor management response, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would never rent from BluSky again.
