It’s a quiet community, and the office staff is always friendly, helpful, and good about keeping residents informed through useful email updates and occasional community events. Maintenance Great My AC went out during this heatwave around 8 pm on a Sunday. Mikey was here in 15 minutes and had it repaired in about the same amount of time. Kelce and I really appreciated it.

Office staff is responsive, friendly, fair, and accurate.

Maintenance staff has done a fantastic job of responding to the very few, and minor, maintainable issues. They are also friendly.

The property has been neglected … As a resident who has been at 97@NOak since the very beginning, I am writing to share some serious concerns regarding the current trajectory of our community. I chose this property for its "resort-style" amenities and high standards, but over time, I have watched the upkeep and management attentiveness decline significantly.
While I understand that newer properties (such as the one off Highway 152) demand attention, and that the office has undergone changes... since Nicole’s departure, the lack of resident engagement and grounds maintenance here has become unacceptable for the premium rent we pay.
Please note :Mike from maintenance is an exceptional asset to this property. He is a incredibly hard worker, but he is currently stretched far too thin without adequate backup. To meet necessary timelines and maintain this property, he desperately needs support.
We love these amenities, but we expect the value to match our investment. I am attaching a collection of photos documenting these issues. I hope to see 97@NOak restored to the beautiful, attentive community it used to be, and I look forward to seeing management improve its relationship with the residents who call this home. Read More

After living in apartment most of my life, I highly enjoy living here. However designed this knew what it was like to live in an apartment before. 97 North Oak has plenty of parking and plenty of dumpsters. The pool well maintained and cleaned weekly with a permanent "canopy arra, grills, tables and chairs. The company is gated so I'm not near as worried as I used to be. Garages are attached to the apartments. The floors are well-layed out with lights in every room with fans in the main area and... both bedrooms. The kitchen area is a fairly large (by apartment standards) with decent counter space. You have the options of a porch or having that area as indoor space instead. The air conditioning is better than prior places but we did change the thermostat from digital to smart. It didn't have an auto -switch feature at that time. Some have windows on the walkways but have special enforced locks/frames for higher security. Maintenance responds to request within 1-3 days usually but can be a little slow if its a more minor issue. They do change our filters and minor pest control spraying for the sinks area. If it's and emergency they do treat it seriously. The pet deposit is way too high in my opinion but there is a least dog parks, good walking areas, and bags to help you. The internet is built-in fiber and already setup. You need to likely contact at&t for the actual plan. Noise levels are fairly low. I can't hear what my neighbors are doing except of they are extremelyyyy load. Plenty of room and closet space also. My family and and friends are.impressed with this place.
