The new managing company are making repairs around the property and it’s so nice to see they are trying to uplift this community. The office staff is super nice and maintenance always comes quick when I submit a work order

Excelente apartamentos
Unos apartamento espectaculares muy limpios y con personas muy amables también tienen una piscina para el verana y por el tiempo que e vivido acá la administración a sido muy buena y con muchos cambios buenos me a encantado el año que llevo viviendo aquí

New Management isn't great
Current resident and these apartments smell like pot and have trash everywhere. Try to get a maintenance appointment and you'll be ignored. The walls are paper thin and the apartments have water leaking issues. Dog poop is everywhere and no doggie poop bags or poop drop off sites are provided on the property.
The new management no longer accepts checks and you must pay rent through their portal which costs you $9.00 to use.
