It would be better if there was a property manager you could actually talk to with out an attitude or even get information about what's going on or what changes is being made there's a lot of things that could be better such as communication and being a better community.

Last year around this time we got new management (Juan and Monica) and they have really turned the property around. They hired a new maintenance person and now all the work orders actually get done. My fridge went out and they replaced it the same day! I’m super happy here. I recommend it! I wouldn’t have said this a year and a half ago.

I lived at Meadowbrook for a year before buying a house and the apartment was amazing! The bedrooms and closets are enormous! The manager is by far the nicest and most considerate manager I have ever met. The maintenance staff was also exceptional.
