The price is nice and affordable but the bugs and spiders aren't worth it. They claim they spray but don't. They will come inside your home unannounced. When you move out and clean the apartment, they will find something else wrong and send you a letter saying you owe more. Trust me folks, unless you have no choice don't move there. Move to a studio apartment if you have to.

Pros:The neighborhood is niece and is very quiet which is a plus. It has a neighborhood park within walking distance if you have kids.Their kitchens in the one bedroom apartments are a good size. The bathrooms are also a good size and the master bedroom is pretty big. The prices are pretty reasonable as well.
Cons: Of course some things break within the apartment. You can just call the leasing office and they will just send someone out to fix it. The maintenance guys would come out and fix... things pretty quickly but unfortunately not right. I have had two garabage disposal replaced in one month. I am thinking its not the garabage disposal it is how they are putting it on because it is leaking. The walls of the apartment are pretty thin because you can hear your neighbors talking.
Overall Parkwood Place is a average apartment.
