This apartment community consists of old 1970's buildings that are poorly maintained with buckling siding and rotting window sills. There are no amenities and the design is obsolete. The grassy areas are covered with dog excrement as the residents don't or won't clean up after their pets. The perimeter at the back of the property is strewn with garbage.

Good place to live, friendly manager that is willing to work with you on issues. Takes pride in the property and tries hard to keep it clean and up to date. Addresses problems and works to solve them quickly. If things break, works to get them fixed promptly. Have lived here for about 4 years and have few complaints.

Quite clean!! Many recent updates new laundry rooms including W/D. Updated Hallways and new picnic area. I have never waited more than a few hours to have any maintenance issue fix. We have activities planned by the manager. Rent at your own risk..... They take pride in making money off of the residence..... They charge you an arm and a leg but give you nothing in return..... Management always have bad attitudes and in not friendly at all..... I do not recommend these apartment's to anyone unless you want bad service and bad attitudes....
