It is clearly posted that there is no smoking within 25 feet of doors. However, residents stand right outside the doors to smoke.
They smoke in front of the entrance to the building and you have to enter through the smoke to enter. When it is reported nothing is done. A lot of the pet owners are not able to properly take care of their pets. They do not pick up the poop like it is "required". The animals have very strong orders because the owner cannot keep them clean. They shed in the hallways,... stairwells etc. I have asked for the stairwell to be cleaned, or carpet replaced but was told there was no money for that. Discusting place to live. Nothing is being taken care of and now the recent influx of new residents moving in are scary!! It used to be a wonderful place for low income Seniors, but their moving out because it become unsafe. The Peak Living Management is a poor company just go a read reviews on them from all over the US. They buy up properties and they go straight downhill! Gladstone Mo is not the safe place it used to be.

The property is big and the staff is friendly. Nice and clean and always helpful.
