Let me start off by saying Ms Jo is amazing. Very personable and easy to work with; as well as very attentive to her tenants needs & does it in a very timely manner. Secondly the price is very reasonable for said accommodations. I will say some tenants could be a tad bit more mindful of their cleanliness. All in all This is a good starter/budget friendly place to stay and gain experience and independence. Current residents are very welcoming and have seems to have no problem helping you get... adjusted.

The best thing about this place is Jo. She's very caring and attentive. Shes professional and tries to make sure we are well taken care of. I do feel like some appliances could use updating.

Overall I feel this place has some charm. The place is clean and the people and staff are friendly. Is still missing some stuff but just added a package room and about to make a fitness center so that is a big plus for me.

It’s coo just neighbors can cause an unclean environment within their own home which causes bugs to travel throughout the floor and building itself but keep your place clean then you a be good

The short time I’ve been staying here has been amazing well managed and great for a first apartment. Maintenance problems are handle very fast, and also its kind and well respected workers in the office. It’s very ducked off and out the way but surrounded by many stores you need, the only down side is some floors have an bad smell it’s not strong but it sticks and it’s only in the halls it won’t linger into your place but it’s nothing a plug in can’t fix.
