I really like it here at Kensington, my apartment is decent and the complex has had some upgrades recently such as adding a gym and I love being close to the park and shopping.

To hard to get into when you clearly make the money

if you call and have more then 3 questions they will get an attitude with you. They are not informative and every time you ask a question their response is trying to get you to come in for an appointment. They don't want to inform you where the units are that are available. If I am disable certain units will not work and do not want to come in and waste nobody time looking at something that is not disable friendly. it seem like they just getting you in and do not care about your concerns and... possible disability. I’ve been living here for 3 years now. Last summer of 2023 I started to see roaches. No roaches until a new tenant came. I understand that’s not their fault but they still have to do something about it before it gets out of hand. I told them multiple times about this issue and they don’t do anything. My neighbors have trash sitting on her patio. It’s unsanitary and looks disgraceful. I told them about it and no changes. It’s just time for me to go. This place is getting bad.

No matter how “enjoyable” it may look it’s not what it seems. It’s not worth the price. The “remodeled” version they are trying to sell is trash. The staff don’t care about anything except getting the rent. I hope nothing breaks because it’s a hassle getting things “fixed” or replaced. They could really care less about anything going on around this complex and to be honest it’s probably only safer due to it being right. Across the way from the police station.
