Property went through a rough patch in the past, but new owners have completely turned it around. Apartments are beautiful and affordable

New Ownership
New ownership has completely changed the feel of the place. New hallways, repaired asphalt, got rid of the riff-raff and added a playground!

DONT MOVE HERE
there are roaches everywhere, a roach infestation. i seen roaches the first day i moved in. please don’t do it ! there “ amenities “ aren’t really amenities, the pool is dirty and hasn’t been open in two years & the “ laundry facilities “ have roaches , puddles or dirty water and mold everywhere. only two dryers and washers PER BUILDING. they will OVERCHARGE. these apartments aren’t renovated & have very outdated appliances. they charge you for random costs that aren’t included in your lease... neither.
