It's a shame as this place identifies as a luxury complex and charges accordingly. There is trash/litter everywhere, especially in the dog park area. A tidy fee is charged to have a dog yet the dog poop stations are forever out of poop bags and the bins overflowing - which might explain the insane amount of dog poo all around the property. Burned out light bulbs in common areas take over a week for replacement.
Maybe if management did a walk around the property every now and then, they'd notice... the state of affairs.

As a community that takes pride in presenting itself as a luxury property, cleanliness and... upkeep of our grounds — especially common areas like the dog park — are extremely important to us. The concerns you mentioned regarding litter, dog waste stations being out of bags, overflowing bins, and lighting delays are not acceptable, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We do conduct routine property walks and regular maintenance checks; however, it’s clear from your comments that we need to improve both the frequency and responsiveness in certain areas. We are addressing the dog park maintenance immediately by reviewing the servicing schedule for waste stations and trash removal to ensure they are stocked and emptied consistently. We are also speaking with our maintenance team to ensure common-area lighting is replaced more promptly moving forward. We value all of our residents and want the community to reflect the quality and standards you expect and deserve. If you are willing, we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can better understand your concerns and continue improving.

Pool
I live here and can confirm that the pool is in the same condition it was in May. If anything, it's worse because routine maintenance and groundskeeping is also not done in the pool area.

Pool not as pictured
For those expecting the sparkling pool area pictured, prepare to be let down. Chunks of tile have fallen off the inside of the pool and they didn't bother to replace them before filling up the pool and opening for the season.

We’re aware of the tiles that need to be replaced and are actively working to get... this resolved. Unfortunately, the repair requires seven consecutive days without rain to ensure the new tiles set properly and safely—something the recent weather hasn’t allowed.
Please know this is a top priority for us, and we’re monitoring the forecast closely to move forward with the repair as soon as conditions permit. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.

Disappointed, looking elsewhere
Toured this property recently and was surprised it was so dated for the rent they charge. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced, and the outdoor common areas looked really worn and dirty. With competition coming up in the area I will look at other options.

Disappointed
Upkeep and maintenance of amenities has really gone downhill this year. Pool was clearly not cleaned before filled and is often filled with leaves. Courtyard furniture is dirty and decorative lanterns, etc, have been broken for months but not removed or repaired.
