I had high hopes for this rental property as a great place to start a family, but my experience was far from enjoyable. The nights were often filled with the unsettling sound of gunshots echoing from the surrounding woods, which was quite alarming. I was shocked to witness this level of danger, especially having lived in Columbia for over six years.

Communication with the management was consistently frustrating. After receiving the keys, I was surprised to find a note in my email about a house... check happening in a month. This lack of transparency continued, as during my yearly check, I captured on camera employees entering my home while I wasn’t there. When I inquired about their presence, they claimed they were just checking for a leak—another instance of poor communication.

Things took a shocking turn in my last month there. While working from home for the first time, I was startled when five unannounced individuals entered my home, including a worker from the main office. This was particularly unsettling since I had previously denied their request for a showing.

Our house is beautiful. It has all the nice new features and a big open new kitchen. The clubhouse for the neighborhood has great amenities and we like that we get free internet and TV here. Great walking place and close to a nice trail. the management cares about you here. Highly recomend!

We love this new home. It has a great finish. The location is amazing. It is walkable, 5 minutes from downtown, and is easy to get around Columbia. It is quiet and safe. It’s got a great floor plan! Good maintenance service too. Also the new clubhouse is going to be amazing. Highly recommend!
