My partner and I have lived here for over two years now, and we love it! It is a great quiet neighborhood, the management is responsive but not micromanaging, and the units themselves are very well kept! I appreciate the pond life culture that is well maintained as well, it is a sign of a great community!!

Great place to live
I have been here 5 years. I moved for work proximity, but I have stayed because of how quiet and peaceful it is and just a good place to live. I appreciate that all of my maintenance requests are always completed promptly and the property manager Tim truly cares.

Nice, quiet place to live
I have been here a little over 2 years and love it. I'm close to everything I need. But can sip coffee on my balcony and watch the critters play around the lake. Maintanance is quick to reponsd to requests. The manager cares about the property and takes care of the tenants.

Really a nice little community!
Really impressed and a little surprised by how good this place is. I recently moved into a duplex here and the grounds seem to be kept really nice. There’s ample parking for tenants, a nice couple lakes and geese, a small swimming pool and just a nice vibe. The actual unit I’m in is spotless, clean, well maintained, decent quality and enough space for me and my two sons. The manager Tim was super efficient through the process of moving in and really helpful, responsive and professional. Great... place to stay for awhile until I buy a house. I’d recommend for sure!
