I've lived at Country Club Apartments twice now and loved it both times. The management team is fantastic- Paige and Courtney are always quick to respond to issues and seem to really care about the tenants. Maintenance was always responsive when I had issues and got things fixed promptly.
The units aren't luxury apartments, they're a little dated, but they're in good shape and in the process of updating them.
