After living here for a year I don't recommend choosing this place for your college apartment. When I first moved in I had to spend hours cleaning the place. My ethernet outlet didn't work put in a maintenance request and they did nothing about it. I had to buy a longer cord that went from my roommates room into my room. Constantly throughout the year there were always bugs in the apartment like house centipedes, wasps would get in and there were always spiders. In the colder seasons electricity... bill can get as high as $125 for each person. Our washer would make a loud noise whenever it was on. We put in a maintenance request took them like a month to look at it. At first they didn't believe us until they heard it themselves then they gave us a new washer. The bus schedule has a two hour gap from 10:30 to 12:30 which was really inconvenient for me. A few times I got there right as the bus left and had to wait at school for two hours just to get back home. Finally after I moved out I got an email saying they would give me a refund check after 30 days. It's been two months and still no check. The only good thing about this place is you get your own room and bathroom and its a little cheaper than other apartments but its just not worth it.

GREAT MOVE IN DAY
I was able to get my keys so quickly this move in day and my unit was perfect especially for how affordable it is. The new management is doing so much better and are really turning Campus Lodge around for the better I have heard.

NICE UPGRADES - nice team
Definitely happy I toured here. The staff did not make me feel like a number in comparison to my last community and made me feel like I had found a home to finish my studying. Thank you Jeff and Michael, you both did not get enough credit in my opinion!! Thank you for helping me find an apartment, but pairing me with friends who have the same interests!!!

LOVE IT
so glad my sister recommended this place. Micheal is a G and always had treated my family with respect. People were complaining about moving day, but maybe they should’ve came out there specified times like the email said. Unit I live in was absolutely great at move in
