The tenant pays all utilities (water/gas/electric/etc.) and also pays for snow removal (which a tenant can do themselves if they'd prefer as opposed to hiring someone).

I cover the lawn and yard care.

A refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer are provided.

There is a credit check (any potential tenant pays the company directly - Cozy) and reference check. Any potential tenant aged 18 and over must complete a written application.

First month's rent ($1,500.00) and a $1,500.00 security deposit are required prior to move-in at the time of lease signing. The lease is for one year with opportunity to stay longer.

As far as pets go, neutered cats are acceptable though there is a pet fee.
