There is a single-car garage (attached) with a garage-door opener; the yard is not fenced. Mowing is provided, but tenant is responsible for snow removal. Utilities are City of Columbia for water/electric/sewer/trash and Ameren for gas.
We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $35/month per pet with a maximum of two pets.
