Great experience
If you don’t mind living in an older building, the location is great. The management and maintenance teams are great. I definitely recommend renting here.

Awesome Place to live !
The Southwood Apts. are an awesome place to live. The property is clean, the people that live in the community are respectfully and the staff and management are very professional, courteous, and respectful in servicing the occupants. They always answer when called upon from the home office, to the management team ( Ms. Ashley ) and the maintenance team is knowledgeable and helpful. I would live here again and again. Continued success to all at Southwood Apartments and NRE Management.
