We have lived in many apartment complex’s since we moved to St. Louis. Altair at the Heights is by far the best one we have lived in. The staff is very responsive and friendly. They host fun events each month and we have enjoyed all of them. We were planning on purchasing a home and living at Altair at the Heights during that process. After a tough buying process we decided to extend our lease here and couldn’t be happier with that decision. The staff made our move in very easy and made our... decision to extend our lease even easier.

Living here has been the best experience! I am continually impressed with the best in class service. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive! I love all of the events they plan. I highly recommend living in this complex if you are in the St. Louis area.

The team at Altair at the Heights consistently delivers the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at an apartment community. They are always kind and go above and beyond any time I have a question or concern, which is hard to find these days. They throw really fun events for the community, and it’s clear that they care very much about making the property a positive and enjoyable place to live. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to move to the STL area!

I have been a member of the Altair at the Heights community since it opened in 2020. It is a beautiful building and very well kept. Everyone on staff from the property managers to the maintenance team are friendly, professional, and act quickly to resolve resident concerns. The customer service here can't be beat!
