Rental Qualifications: There is a $32 application fee per adult. We run a... background and credit check. We like to see a credit score above 600 and require the total household monthly income to be 3x the rent. Co-signers/Guarantors are not permitted. No prior evictions, felonies, or violent misdemeanors will be allowed, no more than two pets (total weight under 50 pounds) are allowed, and positive landlord and/or workplace references will be reviewed prior to accepting an application.

Lease Term:
We require a minimum 12-month lease term that then rolls over to a month-to-month.

Utilities:
