This is a great location in a great city! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent for a starter apartment.

What you see is what you get, plus a little extra. A one-bedroom starts at $510/month, and it's actually very well maintained. A little small, but it's close enough to major grocery stores and the 'town center' that it makes up for it. Plus, there's a nice pool steps away from your room! Landlord is very nice, though she's not always home at convenient times. The complex I lived in is a little noisy but that's to be expected in an apartment.
