The owners/landlords are a husband and wife team who have been in the rental space for over 15 years and we do everything we can to make this a human experience and not a corporate one.

We welcome pets (with a non-refundable $250 pet deposit) and do not charge a monthly pet rent, because you wouldn’t charge a separate rent for any other members of the family, and our pets are our family. We are flexible on dogs/cats and no size restrictions.
