All homes offer two bedrooms, one bathroom, with a private, attached single stall garage. Appliances include stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Features central air conditioning with forced air heat, and a... water softener. Tenant pays for electricity and gas; and phone, cable, and internet, if Tenant would like those services. Emerald Ponds pays for water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, and home owners association fees. Up to two small pets, 15 pounds or less, are allowed with pet addendum and documentation.
