Have been very happy with my apartment and the facilities. There were delays with move in, but that is the reality of new construction. They did pay for extended hotel stay and stored my belongings on site as well as paying to move them from storage to my apartment. 2020 was a tough year for all and I'm looking forward to more use of the common areas.

This company, is very dishonest and not organized what so ever. I would give them a 0 star if it was a rating. They were very very very late on our move in and were not accommodating on a living space in the mean time when they took 3 extra months to build. Had multiple issues with them and the legality of our lease. Maintenance was alright at best and they company was very unprofessional whenever we needed help with something.

It's always unfortunate to see a review like this. To say we were not accommodating while the building was being completed is odd to say since we put people in hotels and extended stay lodging, paid for extra moving costs, paid for extra storage... expenses, and gave discounted lease rates. Not sure what the legality issues you are referring to, but we pride ourselves on being honest and fair. If you'd like, contact us to discuss this further.
