My car got broken into, my packages got stolen. I live on the 2nd floor and the elevator didn't work for the first 4 months I lived here. It made moving furniture challenging. The water is shut off randomly on a weekly basis. It was off for like 2 days during the winter. The heat didn't work for a few days either. The indoor pool is not open and has not been since I moved in. The staff is constantly changing and nobody knows who's on first! The hallways smell like weed. People leave their trash... in the hall. The walls are paper thin. I can hear what the people are saying above me. I can hear my next door neighbors tv.
My balcony is unsafe. The boards bow when you step on them. My floors are uneven. My hot/cold is backwards.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PROPERTY

This apartment has really let me down it was described to me as such a nice family friendly safe place.
Not the case there are police here all of the time, things are always broken and it's down right dirty. The pool didn't open until late in the Summer . The indoor pool always seems to be closed and they don't seem to want to maintain the hot tub, it rarely is working and it's a danger to have with so many germs in standing water etc.
The building is very hot and I have tried to contact... management I have to turn my AC all the way down to 60 from June to October, causing my electric bill to sky rocket.
The place was rented to me and I wasn't explained the break down of my bill, I was unaware I would be charged for both Rubbish and Garbage, seems a bit redundant to me.
As for the underground parking garage it is really not secure, many cars have had smashed and broken window. My children are afraid of the garage and there is always glass on the ground.
Please don't rent here, especially if you have a family.

I moved in before the current property manager came in. I chose this apartment and the community because it shouted "home". The management was friendly, the maintenance men fell over themselves to make sure the property was maintained and any issues with your apartment were fixed as soon as possible. There were community events that ALL of the property staff participated in. The property manager knew every resident by name. I haven't seen the current property manager in months. Also, the complex... has become very "family friendly". There were 2 community grills in the courtyard when I moved in, they were damaged and not replaced (from what I can see) in the past 1-2 years. If you like to grill, bring your own - these are allowed as long as they are not stored close to the buildings. The trash shoot is backed up on weekends. I gave up on complaining about issues on the exterior (do a drive-by at night if you have safety concerns). The buildings are not concrete structure, so you can hear a lot of walking/running noise. A few long-time residents have agreed, this is the worst it's they've seen it. On the positive side, they have been making updates to outdoor signage, as well as signs on everything in the hallways. They're also getting ready to repaint the hallway walls. So at least the property will look just as appealing inside as outside. In my opinion, it's still overpriced for what you're getting.
