Don’t waste your money on this apartment. This is the worst money am spending in my life right now. As a first experience renting on my own I’m glad it was a bad one. That’s the only good thing out of this apartment.
The management here is terrible and neighbors a very disrespectful of other peoples space. Noisy neighbors; apartment walls are so thin that it feels like monsters at living above you and around you. Management would not address concerns of tenants. You have no control over... heating and air conditioning at this building. During summer, you’re so screwed if you don’t have a fan… during winter you’re in for a deadly surprise. Weed smokers everywhere even though apartment says smoke free. Laundry machine still uses coin and oh your clothes will not get washed so don’t bother using it.
Don’t waste your money I promise you your life is better somewhere else. I’m stuck here for the next 4months after this I will make sure no one with respect for their hard earned income ever stay at this dungeon. Or any other apartments managed by Sela Investments.
