Each apartment features a private patio or deck, spacious bedrooms, a kitchen pantry, and dishwasher. The complex features on-site laundry in each of the three buildings as well as a recreation building with a heated indoor pool.

The total cost of rent is base rent $1,150 plus $10/per person for garbage, and a tech fee $6.95 per account. In addition you are responsible for electricity through xcel energy and we require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance)
