Looking for a place that's close to Minneapolis or saint Paul this is the place. These units are affordable housing options for new renters or who's on a tight budget. Although these are not new construction luxury apartments, they are well maintained. For the most part each building have a different layout. A few units have original hardwood floors and hardwood fixtures throughout. A lot of old style charm at this property, hard to find these days. I lived in a few places and by far this... property overall does a decent job taking care of the property. No one is perfect but they do attempt to work with each of their residents.

Home Sweet Home
This was the first home myself & my dog had, if we didn’t have to relocate we would’ve stayed! It’s a great apartment, especially for those who are just starting out. It’s cozy and inviting, you can make it your own and it will feel like home. It’s a great location and we are sad to leave.
