Very poorly managed and maintained apartments. Management is not at all professionals. They charged me for maintenance... Also, They will not respond to the maintenance requests on time. I have raised maintenance request on 7/30/20 and they came after 8 days and charged me for maintenance.

Crude management, and unprofessional staff. Noisy building, and smells of mold from all the sewer backups.

The complex is extremely loud. The floors creak and you can hear every step made by the people living above you. The children in the complex are constantly running in the hallways. The other residents are generally very inconsiderate and leave trash everywhere. They have made some recent "improvements" that do nothing to resolve the core issues this complex has.

Decent living conditions, front office isn't the most professional and tend to lose important documents of their renters. Indoor pool is nice and some apartments on the first floors have water damage and mold.

The apartments themselves have great sized rooms and they are pretty well kept. Just a loud community, always people roaming the halls and talking loud, too much going on for an enclosed apartment building.
