Resort life!
Gourmet kitchen with island to dine at. Apartment home has a great layout and a nice deck with beautiful views of the outstanding landscape. I feel like I'm on vacation everyday with the amazing amenities here. Dog friendly and has two fenced dog parks. Garage has pet spa and also a nice car wash includes vacuum and air for tires

Love resort style living
We moved from Colorado in February 2024. This is such a beautiful apartment. The cleaning lady keeps the floors so clean, maintenance team is top notch. The gym, game room and indoor pool are amazing. There are two outdoor pools with outdoor hot tubs and so many grilling stations with plenty of outdoor seating. Dog friendly with two onsite dog parks. Our neighbors are respectful and quiet. There is also three indoor-outdoor party rooms. It really is a great town with lots of nearby restaurants... and Canterbury horse track across the street. Fun place to live for sure.

Amazing complex, poor management
I absolutely love living at the triple crown, the apartment I have is perfect for my lifestyle & my dogs absolutely love the dog runs. The 3 pools/ hot tubs are so fun all year round. Maintenance & the concierge are the only reason I decided to stick around after the triple crown sprinkler mess. 10/10 living, 2/10 management. When you move out, they nickel & dime you for everything, (I think they’re broke) But hey for the price & huge I apartment I have with the amenities I am happy nearly... everyday here!

Avoid!!!
If you rent here, do not expect to get your security deposit back. They search for anything they could find during move out. The apartment is cheaply built and not worth the price.
