First of all when we moved it it was vacuumed but the carpets were not cleaned. There were pee spots on the carpet and it smelled like urine. So we had to wait to move in. The bathroom cabinets were not cleaned and there was dried toothpaste all over the inside of the drawers. The light switch did not work on the ceiling fan so at night we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to keep the fan on. However the worst experience was when I was talking a nap and woke up to my door being opened. I asked... who it was and he said maintenance. I did not give them permission to come in, in fact I requested a call to know when they were coming. I asked him to leave and he said if I didn’t let him come in I would have to wait for a while for him to come back. He actually got a bit of an attitude. I told him I needed him to leave and to make an appointment. I told him it’s against the law for him to come in without permission or prior notice. When I complained about it they just made excuses for everything. Do not rent here.

Great Place to Live!
We recently moved into the Ponds until our new house is built. We were so impressed with the leasing manger, how nice the apartment is, and how quiet the area is... Everyone we have met have been so nice and helpful. I recommend giving this place a look!
