Management allows residence to smoke both in apartment and on balcony, the hallways smell of cigarette smoke at times due to this.

Great place to live, kids have a nice space to play outside and it's a quiet neighborhood.. management always on top of what needs to be done when is requested by the tenants..
Couldn't found a better place to live and apt that looks nice in the inside.

Country Acres is a wonderful place to live. Country Acres Management cares about their residents. We have never had a problem with Kim, she has always been helpful and listened to our concerns. We even transferred and live at another property they manage. Rent here because it is a great place to call home.

My apartment isn't the nicest apartment in the world but it isn't the worst. It fits me and my two girls and our two cants, we love it here. We are trying to find a different apartment just so my girls can go to SARTELl, that's the only reason why we'd need too move, the neighbors are nice, and my cats seem to like them. The rent price isn't over 900 dollars.
