Beware

I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to look elsewhere. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment I moved in, there has been an ongoing pest problem that has never been properly resolved. Living with bugs is unacceptable at any price point, let alone what they charge here. It’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue, it’s persistent and poorly managed.

The maintenance situation is just as bad. The washer is...
constantly breaking down, and instead of fixing the problem, they claim there are no replacement parts or available appliances. That leaves residents stuck dealing with broken essentials for extended periods, which is ridiculous.

Safety is another major concern. The parking lot feels sketchy at all hours, and there are regularly people walking around checking car doors who clearly don’t live on the property. On top of that, tenants prop doors open with rocks, completely defeating any sense of security the building is supposed to have.

The amenities are a joke. The gym is rarely clean, and when equipment breaks, it stays broken. The same goes for the in-unit appliances, they’re unreliable and constantly need attention.

To top it off, the internet is terrible. It drops constantly, making it nearly impossible to work from home or even stream without interruptions.

Between the pest issues, lack of maintenance, safety concerns, and overall poor living conditions, this place is absolutely not worth the price. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere that actually values its tenants.

Excellent

Deanna and others have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure that my tenant experience is nothing short of excellent. The staff is always helpful, polite and available. This has been an enjoying living experience thanks to the staff. They are phenomenal!
