Good location Terra Pointe Apartments has a convenient location and the community is generally quiet, which I appreciate. The apartments themselves are decent, and the layout is comfortable for everyday living. Maintenance usually responds in a reasonable time, and the grounds are kept fairly clean.

Great Staff!! Most times when i call with an issue, they get somebody to take care of it. I however alittle disappointed in emails not being answered. Also i called and lefta message about the elevator not working. And when i returned home it wasnt taken care of.
Everyone has been very nice and polite. So far i have been very happy living here.

Maintenance To did a great job fixing my heat in my apartment… he even explained to me, when we ran into each other in the garage what I needed to do with the thermostat….thank you Ro!!!
