The neighborhood is bad, loud residents, and worst of all, Shane and office people are the worst. They seem to be very lazy and can't solve issues happening in the apt. Very glad that I am leaving. Find a different place. 0 star not even worth 1 star

Excellent!
I love living here! The office staff is nice and attentive. They are always on top of everything! Nothing compared to where I used to live. This place is great! And they have free coffee ??

Safe, Convenient and with Amenities
This review is coming from a late career professional. The management team are professional, accommodating and welcoming. Platform747 is safe, quiet and convenient - close to University of Minnesota campus, next to light rail and 280. You can get to virtually anything you need or want in 10 minutes!

Great place to stay
If you are looking for a good dog-friendly place, I highly recommend Platform. The property managers are very helpful and responsive. The amenities are great. It is close to everything. Great location and good management.

Great place to live!
I just moved into Platform Apartments and have been amazed by the welcoming leasing agents, beautiful building, and spacious apartments! The amenities are incredible with a pool, hot tub, solarium, gym, garage parking, and working from home spaces. The rent is very reasonable for all of the amenities and space in the apartment. Appliances are all new and in excellent condition. Great access to public transportation for both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Excellent apartment and would highly recommend... renting from here!
