Cute, good size, great landlord, amazing neighborhood
We lived here for 2 years. Great landlord that was really friendly and prompt with repairs. The apartment is well maintained and has some cute features unique to older houses in the area. It was somewhat open concept for the living room/dining room/kitchen that made the whole apartment feel bigger. Really big coat closet was great for storage. Amazing neighborhood that is super walkable and full of great food spots. Easy street parking right in front of the duplex if you didn’t park in the... garage. We loved it here!
