Each person 18 and older planning to reside at the property must fill out an application. There is a $60 fee per applicant. We will obtain a third-party credit check, property owner/rental reference check, eviction check, employment verification and criminal background check.

Eligibility:
Your application may be rejected for one or more of the following reasons:
* Not being able to provide photo ID;
* Not having verifiable, reliable and predictable monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent;
* Having a prior eviction or Unlawful Detainer within the past 3 years;
* Owing a debt to a former property owner or utility company;
* Having a felony conviction for assault, arson, certain physical offenses or certain other violent crimes within the past 10 years;
* Having a felony conviction in the last 5 years for a drug offense or certain other non-violent crimes.
* Providing false or misleading information or omitting material information from the application.
