My packages get stolen all the time. The amenities are broken. The door system is never working.

Good but Should be Better I'm neutral given that Shoreham has new ownership this year, and the property management team is very new. The property overall is nice with a strong maintenance response record. However there are numerous public space / outdoor aspects that should be addressed

Simply a shame!

I lived at the Shoreham for 7 years. I once considered it my home. When I moved in, it was wonderful! The apartments are nice. The property is so run down. AND, the security is crap!!! They have no caretakers on staff, only a "vender" you can call. People who do not live there can easily walk in. Not only me, but other residents have found people who do not live there, sleeping in various areas. When I brought this up to the manager, her response was to call 911. When I brought up they need... better security, I was informed that it is not in the budget. When a car is stolen in the heated underground garage, the responsibility is put back on the residents that if we don't know who is in the car behind us pulling in, that we need to confront them. If we don't recognize a person coming in the building, confront them. They seldom update or CLEAN! The location, maintenance people, the actual units are great. The management is lazy!!! It WAS a great place, as I did, move on.
