I stayed here for 14 months. Staying in this apartment was horrible mainly in winter. You can see the ice from inside the room over the window glass. Rooms are well ventilated, I mean you'll have a cold room through the winter. It's more horrible if you have a kid. Management is so bad, they will always try to charge an extra fee for different reasons. They ask you to pay one monthly bill as a security deposit. Don't think you'll get it all back later, they will charge with showing different... conditions of the room. If still trying to move make sure to take pictures ahead for proof. Other apartments are far better around there..Please don't go thinking cheap. You'll end up paying more...same happen to me.

Cheap, Quiet, and a Great Location
This building is located on a major bus line and near a major highway. There are several restaurants, parks, and trails within walking distance. There are only 12 units in this building so it is very quiet. You can't beat the price for the location. There are some downfalls for this unit. The parking situation can be difficult due to there being a lot of apartment buildings and a lot of people looking for spots. The overall cleanliness of the building could use work. Maintenance response is... average but can take sometime. The view out of the units are nothing spectacular but the units are big for 1 bedroom. Laundry is available on location but there's only 1 washer and 1 dryer, so a lot of times they're already in use and the facilities are not 24 hours. This place is perfect for a single professional or a young couple. I like living here but it's nothing to brag about.
