How Is This Rating Determined?

2 years - No issues, no problems

I've lived in my two bedroom/two bathroom apartment for two years and have not had one issue! If there was to be a complaint I guess it's the construction going on in the surrounding area. But I can't blame that on Graceview Estates. I'm moving on because of a career move but I have no problem recommending this place what-so-ever. What is great about this place is that the price and background/credit check keeps most rift-raft away.
