Frequently dirty, rent feels disproportionate, tenants frequently breaking things like entry doors, pool is hardly accessible in the summer. Even if it is open people will send their kids out if they see potential baby sitters. Area in general is a rough part of town. Work orders get completed without much warning- if you put one in you don’t get to know when someone will be in your apartment.

Wonderful place to call home
Great, well cared for homes, friendly neighbors, and fantastic staff. Derek and Marcel are such an asset to this community with their hard work, positive attitudes, and friendly personalities!

Mixed feelings
My one star rating has to do with the quality of the property. Very dirty, poor lighting or lights out in parking lot. $300 charge to rent a small, dingy room for special occasions. However, they have great maintenance which can be hard to come by.
