From the first time we called the office until now we have not been disappointed. The staff does a wonderful job at taking care of the building and is kind to everyone. As this is not a new building it has been very well maintained. This is a wonderful place to call home!

I have lived at Waterford for 7 years and am sad to leave. 5 property managers and 4 maintenance technicians later...off I go to a new adventure! Thanks for everything ??

This apartment complex is simply amazing. It's not only up to date with all appliances, but the layouts are spacious with huge closets, open floor plans, decks and fireplaces. Not to mention every single unit has washer and dryers! My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now and we are looking forward to living here for quite a long time. It feels like home to us. Also, our apartment complex manager is now one of our good friends. We are all family here. Another great thing is that these... apartments are located close to bar and grills, boutiques, schools and a library all within walking distance. I give it two thumbs up!!
