I lived at Eleven01 for 3 years. The building is new, for the most part cleaned often, and effort is made to keep it nice. Living here is nice when you don't have something that needs to be fixed--good luck getting that done in a timely manner. ZERO communication between anyone! We submitted a move-out notice two months before we were planning to leave, as they ask you to do--no confirmation it was received or anything. So, I reached out to confirm the property manager received it, but they... didn't tell the leasing manager, apparently. When our lease ended, the leasing manager reached out to me saying it was going to be an additional $200, including our rent a month now. When we had vacated the unit a month prior, and someone had already looked at the unit! When we were emailing regarding this to clear it up, I was ignored after I explained. I'm assuming they figured it out?
I get it, mistakes happen. But management, specifically their leasing manager, should seriously be embarrassed at how consistently terrible their communication is and should note that accountability and an apology go a long way when they are wrong.

Deceptive Practices and Poor Communication at Eleven01 Apartments
I had a very disappointing experience with Eleven01 Apartments. I signed a lease in June for a unit that was supposed to start on July 8th. However, due to personal reasons, I had to break the lease two weeks before the start date. I immediately contacted management and offered to pay two months' rent as per the lease agreement and even sent them a letter with a cashier's check enclosed. They refused my offer, insisting that I would have to continue paying rent until the unit was re-rented or... until the lease ended—an entire year away.
I was told on two separate occasions that my two-bedroom unit (312) had been listed as available. However, after checking multiple times, it became clear that they hadn't even listed any two-bedroom units for rent. I feel completely misled, disrespected, and given the runaround throughout this process. The lack of honesty and transparency is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for fair treatment and clear communication.
