The Brittany’s is the longest I’ve lived in one place since 2012. Units are clean and well managed. All maintenance requests are completed in less than 24 hours. Property management is friendly and helpful. Rates are incredibly competitive. If you’re looking for that perfect place, give the complex a tour; more than worth your time!

Have lived here for about two years and have had a positive experience. It is for the most part very quiet, and Luke and Zack are always quick to help with any issues or maintenance concerns. I like that I feel very safe here which is important. It is a hidden gem in Rochester.

When I’m looking for an apartment in unit laundry is a non negotiable. Before moving to the Midwest, an attached garage was nice, but optional. Needless to say, after experiencing a Midwest winter I cannot stress the importance enough of having an attached garage.

If you’re moving from a warmer climate like I did, The Brittany’s should be at the top of your list. They maintain the community well, they hire snowplows to clear the majority of the snow from in front of your garage, not just the... streets, and everyone is friendly. I've been living at the Brittany's for a few years now and have really enjoyed my time here. The area is quiet, the units are spacious, and more importantly, the staff is kind and reliable. For example, if there is a repair concern in my unit, they are in contact about it immediately and most often take care of it same day. They are awesome, and I couldn't ask for more!

In summer of 2023 my girlfriend and I were looking for an apartment in Rochester and The Brittany's 4.9 score on Google caught our attention. We decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. We lived there for 1.5 years until we relocated to another city due to job reasons, and I'm here to add a 5 star rating to this place. I think this place is not only the top apartment in Rochester but also in the top tier in the country. Things that impressed us the most are: 1) Super friendly staff 2)... Transparent pricing. Absolutely no hidden fees. Hassle free deposit return. 3) Exceptional maintenance. The townhouses are in excellent shape so there aren't many maintenance requests during our stay. Whenever something comes up they always respond very fast. We love the fireplace in the winter. Once it stopped working. Since the repair is beyond their skills they brought in external experts to fix it. Once the microwave oven and the washer machine had problems. When they found that it was not an easy and quick fix they just brought in and put up brand new ones!
