Great location, on-site management, clean complex, useful amenities - outdoor spaces, fitness room, community room! Only downside is utility cost in summer - twice as high as any other modern complex I've lived in for same space/use; the garage is exceptionally hot with limited parking.

As a senior, I love all of the conveniences that Silver Lake Crossings has to offer, without the surcharge for senior activities that I’m not interested in. The building is accessible and I love being surrounded by people of all ages and different backgrounds. The billiards room, patio, theater and community room are all nice spaces for me to gather with friends and family, and my apartment has all of the features that are important to me, including control of my heating and cooling, and in-unit... laundry.
